Also known as Vaseline Glass. The first render simulates the glass under UV light, where as the second render is under normal light.

Both are textured using Lightwave 9.2's dielectric node. The "glowing" mushroom applies a thickness and incidence angle to the color to simulate how the light effects the glass in the real world.
